FAAs Office of Commercial Space Transportation has the mission to protect the public health and safety, safety of property, and national security and foreign policy interest of the United States. The NASA White Sands Test Facility is a component of JSC specializing in hazardous testing. WSTF’s core capabilities include Rocket Propulsion Testing, Oxygen Systems Testing, Hypervelocity Impact Testing, Composite Pressure Systems Testing, and Propellants and Aerospace Fluids Testing.
